Shipping

Free Shipping within the continental U.S.  Orders are shipped Priority Mail and are Insured.                             

U.P.S. available for an additional charge.  Please call us for rates.   Orders are placed within 24 hrs. after receipt of payment, and shipped within 3 weeks.

Return Policy:

We are sure that you will be happy with your product from G M Jewels.  However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you may return it for a refund or exchange within 10 days of receipt of item.

To return your item please adhere to the following steps:

You must email us to confirm the date and postage method used to return your item, stating your name, item # and reasons for return.

Please provide clear instructions on how you wish for us to proceed, refund or exchange.
Faulty or damaged items must be reported to us via email or phone within 1 working day of receipt.  Items returned without adhering to this step, will only be eligible for a refund or exchange at our discretion.  The item must be returned at your cost.  Please ensure that items are kept in mint condition unused and unworn except for trying-on purposes.  Any accompanying order items provided must also be in mint condition, velveteen pouches jewelry boxes etc.

Please ensure that items are safely packaged in a padded envelope/parcel.

Upon satisfactory receipt of returned items refunds will be processed within 30 days.
Please note returned items must be received by G M Jewels within 10 days dated from when you receive the item.

Nevada residents add 8.1% sales tax.
